He trained martial arts since his childhood.
In his teenage years he switched to (Daoist) Internal Arts and Internal Martial Art (Nei Jia, Tai-Ji Quan, Nei Gong).
The focus was and is Self healing and realization.
He studied painting, poetry and writing, acting and movie making.
These arts are vessels for remembering the Oneness, like the Internal Arts. The principles are overlapping.
He teaches and transmits Martial Art since 1998.
He teaches acting and coaches actors.
Works as a lecturer at the University (Hans Eisler Berlin), making internal work (Nei Jia) accessible to musicians.
He works as actor in movies, writes scripts, poetry and essays and is painting picture.
(He works with groups, private students, companies and institutions.)
